My IRA Rollover is an educational web site dedicated to helping people understand the rules and optimal strategies for 1) rolling 401(k) and other retirement plan assets to an IRA; 2) rolling an IRA to another IRA; and 3) managing inherited IRAs. The site is sponsored by Bambi Holzer Financial Group, an investment consulting firm that has been helping people with IRA rollovers for more than 25 years.

Bambi HolzerBambi Holzer, AIF™, CEA, CSPG
Bambi Holzer provides investment advice to individuals and families who seek a balanced, comprehensive approach to wealth management. Focusing on overall life planning, she assists clients in exploring and defining their goals and objectives, taking into consideration family, career, retirement, and other important aspects of a persons life. These goals form the basis of a balanced investment program designed to achieve key financial objectives while staying within the clients risk tolerance. Ms. Holzer also consults to corporations, providing advice and counsel in the areas of pension plan design, investment planning, and employee communications. During her 26-year career, she has worked with hundreds of individuals and families.

Bambi is the author of four books on personal finance. She has appeared on the Today Show, NBC Nightly News, Fox on Money, CNN, CNBC, Bloomberg, Lifetime, and local television and radio shows across the country. Shes been quoted in such publications as U.S. News and World Report, Money Magazine, Business Week, Smart Money, Research Magazine, Investors Business Daily, New York Times and the Los Angeles Times. A popular speaker, she is frequently invited to address investment clubs and industry forums.

Bambi is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary™, a Certified Specialist in Planned Giving, Certified Estate Advisor and a member of the American Society of Pension Actuaries (ASPA), the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA), the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA), and the Western Pension and Benefits Conference Group. She is the recipient of the Woman of Achievement in Finance award by the Century City Chamber of Commerce and the Woman of the Year award by the Business and Professional Womens Division of the United Jewish Fund.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, she is also active in civic affairs. She has received the Woman of the Year Award for the United Jewish Federation and the Woman of Action Award for the Israeli Cancer Research Fund. She is on the board of directors of the Childrens Cancer Research Fund, the Mancini Institute, We Are the World and USA for Africa. She is also a member of executive committee of the American Cancer Society and the Childrens Hospital Foundation in Los Angeles. In addition, she is on the board of trustees of the House Ear Institute and serves as an ambassador to the Weizmann Institute of Science. A graduate of Northwestern University, she is on the National Advisory Council for the School of Speech, and received Northwestern Universitys Honorary Service Award for 1999.

Dennis DuitchDennis Duitch, CPA, CEA
Dennis Duitch has been a top-level consultant to closely-held businesses, families and high-wealth entrepreneurs, celebrities & heirs for more than twenty-five years. The C.P.A./Business Management company he founded, Duitch & Franklin LLP, grew to become one of Southern California's largest and highest-respected independent firms until acquired by a public company in 1998.

In areas of strategy, finance, income & estate taxation, business operations, negotiation/mediation, and succession planning, Dennis is a noted consultant, author, lecturer and facilitator. He has instructed courses and workshops at Universities, for the California C.P.A. Foundation, for business groups, and has authored articles for numerous technical publications.

Dennis has served on many and varied corporate and non-profit boards, presently including Materials Matter (formerly Habitat for Humanity Resource Center) and International Trauma-Healing Institute. He is a graduate of Northwestern University School of Business (MBA – Finance) with post-graduate education at Stanford University (Leadership Academy) and Western Michigan University (Strategic Planning Institute).

Jacob SteinJacob Stein, J.D., LL.M.
Jacob Stein is a partner with the law firm Klueger and Stein, LLP, in Los Angeles, California, where he focuses his practice in the areas of domestic and international tax planning, asset protection, and the structuring of complex business transactions and start-ups. Accredited by the State Bar of California as a Certified Tax Law Specialist, Jacob has extensive experience structuring various corporate, partnership, and real estate transactions, including corporate and limited liability company formations (domestic and offshore); acquisitions, dispositions, and mergers; private annuities; captive insurance companies; buy-sell agreements; partnership agreements; joint ventures; opportunity funds; and real estate acquisitions, dispositions, syndications and tax-deferred exchanges.

Additionally, Jacob has substantial experience in the areas of foreign taxation and California income, property and sales tax issues. In the arena of asset protection, Jacob assists high net-worth individuals and successful businesses in protecting their assets from plaintiffs and creditors by focusing on properly structuring asset ownership and business structures and operations.

Jacob is an author of numerous tax and asset protection articles and a frequent lecturer to professional groups on topics ranging from choice of entity planning and partnership taxation, asset protection, and advanced real estate exit strategies. He is an instructor with the California CPA Education Foundation, National Business Institute, and Lorman Education Services, teaching courses on advanced tax planning and asset protection. He is an adjunct professor of taxation at the CSU, Northridge Graduate Tax Program. He is the past-chair of the Tax Section of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association, and a member of the tax sections of the American, California and Los Angeles County Bar Associations.

Jacob received his law degree from the University of Southern California, and his Masters of Law in Taxation from Georgetown University.

Alin WallAlin Wall, CPA
Alin Walls career includes over 25 years of public accounting experience. She serves as one of the Partners-in-Charge of the RBZ Family Wealth Group and works with high-net-worth individuals and their families on estate, trust and family-planning issues. Recognizing the unique concerns of individuals, business owners and executives, families, and family or closely-held businesses, Alin works in collaboration with an extensive network of outside advisors, including attorneys, insurance advisors, investment advisors, appraisers, and other family wealth specialists, to develop a plan to preserve family wealth for her clients – today and into the future. She is involved in all facets of her clients financial lives, including the selection of outside advisors; providing business, personal and tax planning services; and helping her clients preserve the wealth they have spent a lifetime accumulating. Alins professional experience also includes serving individuals and companies in the retail and entertainment industries.

Alins commitment to service extends beyond RBZ through her personal involvement with the community. She serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Make-A-Wish Foundation of Greater Los Angeles, Treasurer of the Alpha Phi Foundation, and a director of USA for Africa. Alin is a member of the Womens Leadership Council of Los Angeles and serves as a host of a chapter of the Professionals Network Group, Inc.

Alin is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Alin graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Charles RosenblattCharles Rosenblatt, CPA
Chuck Rosenblatt has more than 30 years of public accounting experience in tax services to individuals, trusts, estates, and family and other closely-held businesses, as well as other types of business entities. He also serves as the Partner-in-Charge of RBZs tax department. Chucks areas of tax expertise serve virtually every industry niche of our practice, including trusts and estates, multi-state and international taxation, real estate, gift tax, nonprofit organizations, and every type of business entity, including corporations, partnerships, and sole proprietorships.

Chuck has an extensive cache of tax consulting experience that includes the selection and formation of tax-favorable entities, trust and estate planning, transfers of wealth, mergers and acquisitions, aligning personal and charitable goals of individuals, tax planning for emerging businesses, general business tax strategies, and formation of tax-exempt structures for nonprofit organizations. He also provides client support during IRS audits. Chucks approach to client service is aggressive problem-solving and making complex solutions simple to understand – communication is key.

Outside of RBZ, Chuck is a former member of the Board of Governors, Los Angeles Stage Alliance. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Chucks education includes graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and a Juris Doctor from the UCLA School of Law.
